We always look at the three organizational levels: individual, team, and company. Prior to the consulting, we determine together your needs in the “What do you need”-workshop. In this initial stage we find out the topics and the level where the focus should be put on.

Who we are 

intap is a somewhat different management consultancy. Actually, more of an HR special unit for your Employer Relations. We are your consultant and doer in one. 

Our approach: people and systems make the difference. In this case, it’s us – a team of HR enthusiasts with a penchant for digital, communication & humor with state-of-the-art HR expertise that we’re happy to put to work for your team.
