Our career coaching is a service designed to guide professionals and talents in building successful careers in Germany. Our career coaching stands out for its personalized approach, certified expertise from Dekra and transparent process. We know the job market and also have a wide range of company network in this location.

We offer multilingual support to ensure international professionals receive coaching tailored to their needs, delivered at eye level.

All academicians & professionals who are job seekers, registered unemployed at the Employment Agency or are at the end of their studies.

If you are currently employed on a permanent contract, you can of course also book our career coaching as a self-paying client.

The coaching is fully funded by the German Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) through an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS). To access this funding, you need to request the AVGS voucher from your local Employment Agency. Once you have the voucher, you can use it to enroll in our coaching as your approved training provider.

We charge our costs directly to the local Employment Agency. You do not have to worry about anything.

To book coaching as a self-payer, please contact us at coaching@intap-network.de. After an initial consultation, we will create a customised offer for you.
